A few forms of recreation enjoyed by our guests include swimming, biking, canoeing or kayaking, jogging, hiking, or just a leisurely walk along the peaceful country roads.
Spend the day fishing our fully stocked lake, or enjoy peaceful boatrides and walks along the shore.
Waterskiing is enjoyed by many of those who have their own boats, (minimum boat length is 14′, maximum motor size is 40 HP), from 11:00am to 5:00PM in a small portion of the lake designated by markers.
Skiers are not allowed to leave the designated area or go near the shorelines. Our prevailing winds make for excellent sailing, which is also very popular.
Each campsite or cottage includes the use of one of our rowboats, on which one may use their own motor or one of our rental motors; or use of their own boat, fishing and lake use privileges. Seasonal campsite tenants are not provided one of our boats, however for those who do not own a boat, arrangements can be made to rent one at moderate seasonal rate.
At the end of the day’s activities, our guests can enjoy a barbecue at their site or a superb dinner at one of our many fine area restaurants.
