Weekend or short term rentals are available in the spring and fall months.

Daily Quoted on Request if Available 2 nights (Friday PM – Sunday PM or any two nights stay starting at $325.)
Weekly $730-$1045 Stays of 3 nights or more but less than 1 week will be quoted.
Rates quoted are based on 1 couple or 1 family. All others will be charged accordingly. Most rates include the use of 1 boat, either our rowboat or your own boat. There will be a charge for use of extra boats.

All daily boat rentals are good for 8 consecutive hours.

All boats must be a minimum of 14 foot in length and a maximum of 20 feet.
Maximum motor horsepower allowed is 40
Personal watercraft is not allowed
Consumption of alchohol beverages while operating a watercraft is against regulations.
Cowboying or horse play will not be tolerated while in a watercraft.
If you arrive before we are open, you may launch and pay when you come in.
The marina is open at 8:00 am and closes at 8:00 pm from July through August.

Cancellation policy is in effect as follows: 100% of charge will be due at time of reservation. Remaining balance is due at time of arrival. Any cancellation of cottage will forfeit the initial 100% of deposit, unless cottage can be rented for full amount due. A refund would be made at that time. Cancellation policy is in effect regardless of weather conditions.
